Originating from Scotland, scones were rounded, flat and made with unleavened oats and baked on a griddle. Beba’s Kitchen uses King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, King Arthur whole wheat or organic wheat flour, salt, granulated sugar, baking powder, butter, fresh blueberries, eggs, yogurt, vanilla extract, almond extract, sparkling white sugar and grated lemon rind. The scones are light, tender, flaky, and bursting with blueberries.
