The origin of quiche, is the medieval kingdom of Lothringn, Germany, rather than France. Later, the French renamed it Lorraine. After World War 11, quiche became popular in England, later in the U.S. There are many varieties of quiche, including ham, vegetables, such as broccoli, mushroom, spinach, cheese, and more.

Beba’s Kichen uses onions, shitake mushrooms, red peppers, tomatoes, spinach, eggs, cream, half-and-half, and fancy shredded Monterey Jack, mild cheddar cheese, and bisquick.
